Yes. We offer free shipping on every order across the United Kingdom, with no minimum spend. At the moment we ship within the UK only. Please note we are unable to deliver to PO Box or military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses.

Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days, and transit typically takes a further 4 to 9 business days. That means most orders arrive within 6 to 12 business days from the day you order. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays or busy periods, but we will always keep you informed if anything changes.

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase. To start a return, just email us at info@jumsi.co.uk and we will send you instructions. Return shipping is covered by the customer. Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 days.

Every product page includes a detailed size guide with bust, waist, hip and length measurements in centimetres. We recommend comparing those measurements to a similar piece you already own before ordering. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable, with the full total displayed at checkout before you confirm.
